Kilimanjarobesteigung und Safari. Wir waren einen Monat in Tansania. Davon haben wir die ersten zwei Wochen im Norden des Landes verbracht, um in der einen Woche den Kilimanjaro zu besteigen und in der anderen die Tierwelt Afrikas zu bewundern. Beides hat Allan Williams für uns perfekt organisiert. Allan ist absolut zuverlässig, immer freundlich und aufmerksam, korrekt und vor allem extrem kompetent gewesen. Ich würde nicht nur immer wieder mit ihm, sondern nur mit ihm erneut den Kilimanjaro besteigen. Wir konnten ihm absolut vertrauen, und als er vor der letzten Etappe meinte „I bring you up to the peak...“ war der Glaube es zu schaffen durch nichts mehr zu erschüttern. Dank ihm haben wir es geschafft! Auch die Safari war ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Unser Guide (Hubertus) hat aufgrund seiner Erfahrung wirklich alle möglichen Tiere entdeckt und uns auch immer über sehr interessante Lebensgewohnheiten der jeweiligen Tiere informiert. Anzumerken ist vielleicht außerdem noch, dass der für beide Touren mitgereiste Koch Pamba wirklich exzellent sein Handwerk beherrschte und das Essen sehr lecker schmeckte. Dank Allan war es eine fantastische Zeit und man kann (muss) ihn absolut weiterempfehlen.

Thema: Kili und Safari in Tansania! Servus! Ich war die letzten 3 Wochen in Tansania. Sansibar, Kilimantscharo und Safari. Traumhaft. Besonders die Tour auf den Kili über die Machame-Route ist fantastisch. Man sollte allerdings Wert auf einen guten Guide legen.Wir sind mit einem einheimischen Führer und seinem Team auf den Kili gegangen: http://www.allanwilliamtrekking.com Ich kann Allan und seinen Bruder Amani nur weiterempfehlen. Sie sprechen sehr gut Englisch, kümmern sich toll um Gäste (besonders das Essen ist ausgezeichnet) und ihre Träger (leider keine Selbstverständlichkeit), gehen auch mit kleineren Gruppen von 2-4 Personen und waren auch eine der günstigsten Veranstallter. Wirklich eine Runde Sache!

Safari and Kilimanjaro. We went on a 6-day-Safari and the Kilimanjaro tour (7 days, Machame Route) with Walking Tanzania. We recommend every Tansania traveller to do both tours, the two have been amazing and we wouldn’t have missed one.
